Preheat the oven to 180 °C top/bottom heat and grease a loaf pan (30 cm) and dust with flour.
Prepare the dough
Mix the butter with the sugar, vanilla sugar and salt using a mixer, adding the eggs one at a time and beating until fluffy.
Mix dry ingredients
Mix KOMEKO KUCHENGLÜCK with baking powder and green tea powder and stir in.
Bake
Pour the batter into a 30 cm loaf pan and bake at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for approximately 50-60 minutes (test with a skewer). Then let it cool completely.
Cool and garnish Optionally, melt white chocolate coating in a water bath and spread it evenly over the cake.
