It has a special stickiness, even though it naturally contains no trace of gluten. Whether it's bread, rolls, or pizza, KOMEKO is easy to work with without the need for additional flours, starches, or other additives.

All our flours are certified by the German Celiac Society (DZG).
TIP: For more activity in the yeast dough – mix 20% KOMEKO BROTGENUSS with the same amount of water, a little honey and yeast about 1 hour before making the dough and let it rest.
