Ingredients
For the bagels:

Preparation
Prepare the dough
Mix soft butter, KOMEKO BROTGENUSS, water, dry yeast, honey and salt by hand or with a dough hook until you have a smooth dough.
Let the dough rise
Place the dough (26-28 °C) in a large bowl, cover and let it rise in a warm place for 45 minutes.
Preheat oven and prepare baking tray
Preheat oven to 220 °C top/bottom heat and line a baking tray with baking paper.
Form the dough
Divide the dough into 4 equal pieces, shape into thick flatbreads, and press a hole in the center with your finger. Enlarge the hole to about 10-12 cm, shape into rings, and let rise, covered, for 15 minutes.
Cooking rings
Boil water with a little sugar, let the rings cook gently for 6-8 minutes, then remove them with a slotted spoon.
Bake and serve
Place the rings on a baking sheet, brush with egg yolk, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and bake for 20 minutes. Let cool and serve.
