Our noodles are based on Japanese rice art and offer a particularly authentic texture – without the typical "rubbery" effect of many gluten-free noodles. Even though they are gluten-free and vegan, KOMEKO noodles have a firm, uncompromising flavor, just like fresh gluten-containing noodles, after just 2 minutes of cooking time.

The pasta does not require refrigeration as it does not contain eggs and can therefore be stored without any problems.

Due to the different mixing ratios and grinding degrees, the flours have different baking properties. This allows a wide variety of baking needs to be met, whether it's pizza, pasta, bread, or cookies.
