g mashed bananas (approx. 2 ripe bananas)
Preparation
- Prepare the oven
Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat). Line a muffin tin with 12 paper baking cups. - Mix dry ingredients
In a medium bowl, combine KOMEKO KUCHENGLÜCK, oats, sugar, baking powder, and salt; set aside. - Mix liquid ingredients
In a large bowl, lightly whisk the egg. Stir in the milk, oil, and vanilla sugar (or vanilla extract). - Add bananas
Add the mashed bananas and mix well. - Finish the dough
Add the flour mixture and stir gently until just combined. - Baking muffins
Pour the batter into the prepared muffin cups, filling each cup about ¾ full. Bake in the preheated oven for 18 to 20 minutes, or until the tops spring back slightly when gently pressed.
