These walnut chocolate cookies are perfect for anyone who loves the combination of crunchy nuts and melt-in-your-mouth chocolate. Thanks to KOMEKO KUCHENGLÜCK, they're wonderfully crispy on the outside and pleasantly soft on the inside – the ideal accompaniment to coffee or hot chocolate!

Ingredients

    For the dough:

  • 120 g butter (softened)
  • 60 g brown sugar
  • 120 g white sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla sugar
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 2 eggs (size M) 2 eggs (size M)
  • 300 g KOMEKO KUCHENGLÜCK
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 240 g chopped chocolate
  • 240 g chopped walnuts

Preparation

  1. Prepare the dough:
    Cream together butter, brown and white sugar, vanilla sugar and salt.
  2. Add eggs:
    Gradually stir in the eggs until a smooth mixture is formed.
  3. Mix the dry ingredients:
    Mix KOMEKO KUCHENGLÜCK with baking powder, walnuts and chocolate, then fold into the butter-egg mixture.
  4. Bake:
    Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Divide the dough into equal pieces, shape them into balls, and flatten them slightly. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 10–15 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Cool:
    Let the cookies cool slightly before serving.
