Preparation
Prepare bananas
Puree the bananas with a hand blender or mash them with a fork.
Beat the butter and sugar mixture
Cream the butter, brown and white sugar, and a pinch of salt until fluffy. Then add the egg and milk and mix until smooth.
Fold in bananas
Mix the mashed bananas into the dough.
Add dry ingredients
Combine KOMEKO KUCHENGLÜCK with baking powder, baking soda, and chopped walnuts and add to the remaining batter. Mix well.
Bake
Pour the dough into a greased or parchment-lined loaf pan (29 × 10 × 7 cm). Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C (top/bottom heat) for approximately 60 minutes. After 15 minutes of baking, score the dough lengthwise.
