Ingredients
For the dough:

tsp beet syrup or sugar

g plain yogurt
For the shape:

Fat & some buckwheat flour for the mold
Preparation
- Prepare the mold
Grease a loaf pan (approx. 24 cm) well and dust with buckwheat flour. - Mix the dough
Combine buckwheat flour, KOMEKO KNUSPERLUST, baking powder, and salt in a bowl. Add the beet syrup, egg, oil, and yogurt. Blend everything with a mixer or food processor until a "tough" dough forms. - Preheat oven
Preheat oven to 180 °C top/bottom heat (fan oven: 160 °C). - Bake dough
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth it out. Bake in the preheated oven for about 45 minutes. - Let the bread cool
Remove the bread from the oven, turn it out onto a wire rack and let it cool.
Our tip:The bread stays fresh for about 3-4 days, is suitable for toasting and can also be easily frozen.
