These vegan brownies are the epitome of chocolate indulgence – fudgy, moist, and simply heavenly! Made with KOMEKO KUCHENGLÜCK, they turn out gluten-free and perfectly textured. Crunchy walnuts provide extra crunch, while cocoa and vanilla sugar lend an intense aroma. Ideal for anyone with a sweet tooth – completely free of animal products.

Ingredients

    For the dough:

  • 100 g KOMEKO KUCHENGLÜCK
  • 50 g cocoa powder
  • 5 g baking powder
  • 1 Pinch of salt
  • 100 g walnuts
  • 125 g brown sugar
  • 1 Pack of vanilla sugar
  • 125 g water
  • 75 g vegetable oil
  • Miscellaneous:

  • Chocolate coating or caramel sauce (optional)

Preparation

  1. Mix the dough:
    Mix KOMEKO KUCHENGLÜCK, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt in a bowl. Roughly chop the walnuts and add them.
  2. To make sugar mass:
    Stir in the brown sugar and vanilla sugar, then add water and mix everything into a creamy mixture.
  3. Incorporate oil:
    Gradually stir in the oil at low speed until a smooth, glossy dough is formed.
  4. Bake:
    Line a loaf tin (approx. 20x11x6.5 cm) with baking paper, pour in the batter and smooth the surface. Bake in a preheated oven at 150 °C (top and bottom heat) for 40–45 minutes.
  5. Finish:
    Let the brownie cool and decorate with chocolate coating or caramel sauce as desired.
