For the dough:

For the topping:

Onions, thin half rings

Preparation
- Preheat oven
Preheat oven to 250 °C top/bottom heat. - Prepare the dough
Combine KOMEKO KNUSPERLUST and salt in a bowl. Add oil and water, and knead with a hand mixer (dough hook) until a dough forms. Then continue kneading the dough by hand and form it into a ball. - Roll out the dough
Roll out the dough very thinly on a floured work surface. - Prepare the dough
Place the dough on a baking tray lined with baking paper. - Prepare the topping
Mix the sour cream and cream/Cremefine, season, and spread over the dough. Distribute the onions and bacon over the dough. - Bake
Bake in the preheated oven on the lowest rack for 15–20 minutes. - Serve
Sprinkle with chives before serving.
