Preparation
Preheat oven
Preheat oven to 150 °C fan.
Prepare the dough
Put KOMEKO KNUSPERLUST, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, chia seeds, hot water and olive oil together in a bowl and mix into a tough dough.
Place dough on baking paper
Place the mixture on a baking sheet and spread it over the entire surface.
Smooth the dough
Smooth the dough evenly and thinly (approx. 4–5 mm) using moistened hands or a silicone spatula.
Place on a baking tray and season
Carefully lift the baking paper onto a baking tray and sprinkle with sea salt if desired.
Pre-cut for easy portioning
To make it easier to break the crackers later, pre-cut them into small squares (4x4 cm), e.g., using a pizza cutter.
Bake
Bake in a preheated oven for about 60 minutes.
Cool and break
Let cool and break into small squares.
