These peanut butter cookies are golden brown and crispy on the outside, soft and aromatic on the inside. The mix of peanut butter, chopped nuts, and gluten-free KOMEKO KUCHENGLÜCK creates an intense flavor experience. Perfect with coffee, as a snack, or as a sweet homemade gift.

Ingredients

  • 90 g butter or margarine
  • 45 g sugar
  • 45 g coconut blossom sugar
  • 140 g peanut butter
  • 1 Egg (size M)
  • 20 g chopped peanuts
  • 170 g KOMEKO KUCHENGLÜCK
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • Couverture (optional)

Preparation

  1. Prepare the dough:
    Cream together the butter, sugar and coconut blossom sugar, then add the peanut butter and mix well.
    Stir in the egg and the chopped peanuts.
  2. Incorporate the dry ingredients:
    Mix KOMEKO KUCHENGLÜCK with baking powder and baking soda and add to the peanut mixture. Knead everything into a smooth dough.
  3. Bake:
    Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F) convection. Form small balls from the dough, place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, and flatten them slightly. Bake in the oven for about 10 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Decorate (optional):
    After cooling, coat with melted chocolate and decorate with chopped peanuts.
