Preparation
- Melt chocolate and mix dough
Preheat the oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat). Melt the chocolate in a double boiler. Mix with the butter and let cool. Beat the eggs and sugar until creamy. Then stir in the lukewarm chocolate. - Add dry ingredients
Mix KOMEKO KUCHENGLÜCK flour with the cocoa, add to the chocolate mixture and mix everything well. - Baking brownies
Pour the dough into a 30 x 20 cm baking dish lined with baking paper. Bake at 180°C for 30 minutes. Let cool in the dish. - Prepare the frosting
Mix the cream cheese with the butter and sugar until creamy. Then color it with green food coloring to your liking. - Spread and cut brownies
Spread the cream cheese frosting on the brownie batter and cut it into equal-sized pieces. - Decorate
Decorate each piece with two sugar eyes and brown chocolate sprinkles for hair and mouth. Attach a mini marshmallow to the cream on each side.
Our tip:You can also make the eyes yourself out of marzipan and small chocolate drops with a little intuition.
