Preparation
Prepare champignons
Clean the champignons and cut them into slices or cubes.
Sauté the shallot
Peel the shallot, dice finely and sauté briefly with the olive oil.
Fry vegetables
Add the mushrooms and peas and let them simmer a little.
Cook pasta and prepare sauce
Meanwhile, simmer the KOMEKO FETTUCCINE in 1-1.5 liters of salted water for 2-3 minutes. Stir the vegan cream and pesto into the vegetable mixture.
Fold in pasta
Drain the fettuccine and add it to the sauce - do not cook, just mix lightly.
Season to taste and serve
Season with salt and pepper and serve sprinkled with grated cheese. Enjoy!
