For the dough:

cinnamon sugar
Preparation
1. Prepare the dough
Cream butter, sugar, and salt until light and fluffy. Gradually add the eggs, then stir in the rum.
2. Add the flour
Mix KOMEKO KUCHENGLÜCK with baking powder and add to the butter mixture together with the milk. Knead into a smooth dough. Wrap in cling film and refrigerate for 1 hour.
3. Shape
Knead the dough thoroughly again, roll out to about 1 cm thick, and cut into almond shapes using a cutter. Alternatively, cut into diamond shapes.
4. Fry
Heat the frying oil to 175 °C. Add the doughnut bites and fry until golden brown, turning occasionally.
5. Coat
Remove with a slotted spoon and immediately toss in cinnamon sugar.
