Preparation
- Preheat oven
Preheat oven to 180°C top/bottom heat. - Mix dry ingredients
In a bowl, mix all dry ingredients (except the chocolate chips). - Prepare liquid ingredients
In another bowl, mix the wet ingredients. - Make dough
Combine both mixtures and fold in the chocolate chips. - Form muffins
Fill the batter into muffin cups and sprinkle with additional chocolate chips if desired. - Bake
Bake muffins in the preheated oven for about 20–25 minutes (depending on size). - Let cool
Allow to cool before eating or enjoy while still lukewarm.
