Preparation
- Preheating:
Preheat oven to 250 °C top/bottom heat. - Make the dough:
Place KOMEKO KNUSPERLUST and salt in a bowl. Add the oil and water and knead with a hand mixer (dough hooks) to form a dough. - Knead:
Continue kneading the dough by hand and form it into a ball. - Roll out:
Roll out the dough very thinly on a floured work surface. - Prove:
Place the dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Mix the sour cream with the honey and spread it over the dough. Slice the pears and goat cheese thinly, arrange them on top of the sour cream, and sprinkle with rosemary and walnuts. - Bake:
Bake in a preheated oven on the lowest rack for 15-20 minutes, until the edges are lightly golden brown.
