For the pasta:

tbsp Parmesan

Preparation
Peel oranges and cut mint
Peel the orange peel, cut out the orange segments (bite-sized) and chop the mint.
Prepare the sauce
Mix the orange zest and mint in a bowl with the mascarpone and Parmesan.
Cook spaghetti
Place the KOMEKO SPAGHETTI in a large pot of boiling salted water and cook for 2 minutes.
Remove cooking water
Before draining the pasta, remove about 3 tablespoons of the cooking water to lengthen the sauce.
Arrange and serve
Drain the pasta, toss with the sauce, and arrange the orange segments, dried cherries, and toasted almonds on top. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
