Ingredients

  • 2 Packs of KOMEKO Spaghetti
  • 60 g soy mince OR
  • 250 g minced meat
  • 1 garlic clove 1 garlic clove
  • 0.5 pcs. onion
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp gluten-free soy sauce 1 tbsp gluten-free soy sauce
  • 400 g canned tomatoes
  • 2 diced tomatoes
  • 2 tsp oregano
  • Salt, pepper
  • fresh basil

Preparation

  1. Preparation:
    Prepare soy mince/minced meat according to package instructions.
  2. Browning:
    Crush the garlic and heat it with olive oil in a pan. Add the soy mince or ground meat and fry for about 3 minutes.
  3. Onions & seasoning:
    Finely chop the onion, add it along with the soy sauce and fry briefly.
  4. Tomatoes & spices:
    Stir in the canned tomatoes, bring to a boil briefly, then add the diced tomatoes. Season with salt, pepper, and oregano, and simmer over low heat for 5–8 minutes.
  5. Cooking pasta:
    Cook KOMEKO Spaghetti in plenty of salted water for 2 minutes, then drain.
  6. Mix & Serve:
    Add spaghetti to the Bolognese, mix lightly (do not cook) and serve with fresh basil.
