Preparation
- Preparation:
Prepare soy mince/minced meat according to package instructions. - Browning:
Crush the garlic and heat it with olive oil in a pan. Add the soy mince or ground meat and fry for about 3 minutes. - Onions & seasoning:
Finely chop the onion, add it along with the soy sauce and fry briefly. - Tomatoes & spices:
Stir in the canned tomatoes, bring to a boil briefly, then add the diced tomatoes. Season with salt, pepper, and oregano, and simmer over low heat for 5–8 minutes. - Cooking pasta:
Cook KOMEKO Spaghetti in plenty of salted water for 2 minutes, then drain. - Mix & Serve:
Add spaghetti to the Bolognese, mix lightly (do not cook) and serve with fresh basil.
