Preparation
Prepare the dough:
Melt the butter in a small saucepan and let it cool. Beat the eggs, sugar, honey, and salt with a mixer until fluffy.
Mix dry ingredients:
Mix KOMEKO KUCHENGLÜCK with baking powder and stir in. Add butter and lemon zest and stir.
Fill the baking pan:
Pour the batter into the well-greased madeleine baking pan, do not overfill.
Let it rest:
Chill the baking pan in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours (ideally overnight).
Bake:
Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C (fan oven) for about 5 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 160°C and bake for another 2-3 minutes until nicely browned.
