Quickly prepared, moist lemon mug cake – ideal for a little sweet treat.

Ingredients

    For the dough:

  • 4 EL KOMEKO KUCHENGLÜCK
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 0.25 tsp baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 4 tbsp milk
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp lemon zest (finely grated)
  • For the glaze:

  • some colorful confetti sprinkles
  • some powdered sugar
  • some lemon juice

Preparation

  1. Mix ingredients
    In a large, microwave-safe mug, combine the dry ingredients - KOMEKO KUCHENGLÜCK, sugar, baking powder, and salt—and mix well. Then add the milk, oil, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Beat with a fork or small whisk until smooth and no lumps remain.
  2. bake a cake
    Place the cup with the batter in the microwave and bake at 800 watts for about 1 to 1.5 minutes. Baking time may vary slightly depending on the microwave. The cake should be firm, but still slightly moist.
  3. Cool and prepare glaze
    After baking, let the mug cake cool briefly. To make a glaze, mix some powdered sugar with a few drops of lemon juice and drizzle over the cake.
  4. Decorate
    Finally, sprinkle colorful confetti sprinkles generously on top.
