Ingredients

    For the dough:

  • 50 g soft butter
  • 300 g milk
  • 2 Eggs
  • 30 g sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 200 g KOMEKO KUCHENGLÜCK
  • 2 tsp baking powder

Preparation

  1. Melt butter
    Melt butter in a saucepan.
  2. Prepare the dough
    Mix the melted butter with the milk, eggs, sugar, and a pinch of salt. Mix the KOMEKO KUCHENGLÜCK with the baking powder, add it to the butter-milk mixture, and mix everything into a smooth batter.
  3. Bake pancakes
    Heat some butter in a pan. Drop the batter into the pan in batches and cook until golden brown, forming round, thick pancakes (approx. 5-7 cm in diameter).
  4. Serve
    Top with toppings as desired and enjoy.
