These chocolate cupcakes are little moments of happiness made with fluffy batter and creamy whipped cream. Perfect for any occasion—whether it's a birthday, a coffee break, or simply a snack between meals.

Ingredients

    For the dough:

  • 120 g sugar 120 g sugar
  • 1 Pack of vanilla sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 80 ml oil
  • 300 g milk
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 250 g KOMEKO KUCHENGLÜCK
  • 1 Pack of baking powder
  • 3 tbsp cocoa powder
  • For decoration:

  • 250 g whipped cream
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • Cream stiffener (as needed)
  • Streusel or raspberries (optional)

Preparation

  1. Prepare the dough:
    Mix sugar, vanilla sugar, egg, oil, milk and salt with a whisk.
  2. Mix dry ingredients:
    Sift KOMEKO KUCHENGLÜCK, baking powder and cocoa powder and stir into the liquid mixture until a smooth batter is formed.
  3. Bake
    Fill the batter into muffin cups and bake at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for about 15 minutes. Then let cool completely.
  4. Decorate:
    Whip the cream with sugar and optionally cream stiffener, decorate the cupcakes with it and decorate with sprinkles or raspberries if desired.
  5. Serve and enjoy: Bon appetit!
