These bear muffins are not only super cute, but also incredibly delicious! The moist batter is made with fine cocoa and topped with fluffy chocolate cream. Decorated with pretzels, amaretti biscuits, and colorful chocolate chips, they create little bear faces that are sure to make children's eyes light up – perfect for birthdays, parties, or just for snacking.

Ingredients

    For the dough:

  • 180 g sugar
  • 1 Pack of vanilla sugar
  • Pinch of salt
  • 4 eggs (size M)
  • 250 g KOMEKO KUCHENGLÜCK
  • 50 g cocoa powder
  • 0.5 Pack of baking powder
  • 60 ml milk
  • For the topping:

  • 1 cup of cream
  • 1.5 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 28 Mini pretzels
  • 14 Amarettini
  • colorful chocolate chips

Preparation

  1. Prepare the dough:
    Beat butter, sugar, vanilla sugar and salt until fluffy, then gradually add the eggs. Mix KOMEKO KUCHENGLÜCK, the cocoa powder and baking powder, then stir in alternately with the milk until a creamy dough is formed.
  2. Bake:
    Divide the batter evenly into muffin cups and bake at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for about 20 minutes. Then let cool completely.
  3. Mix the topping:
    Whip the cream until stiff, stir in the cocoa powder and adjust to taste.
  4. Decorate:
    Spread chocolate cream on the muffins. Attach two mini pretzels as "ears," two white chocolate chips for eyes, and small dark chocolate chips for pupils. Attach an amaretti biscuit below the eyes for a snout and glue a colorful chocolate chip on for a nose.
  5. Serve and enjoy: Bon appetit!
